Hampton Products achieves happiness through a right sized telecom partner

As a mid-market manufacturer who sells to the big box retailers, Hampton Products has locations scattered across the US. They, like so many other organizations, were dependent on having phone, internet, and site-to-site connections running smoothly. Over a few decades, CIO Brian Millsap tried multiple different approaches and providers; but at the end of the day, it always seemed to end up the same and every interaction was painful. The issues began with the evaluation and sales process being murky and cumbersome, often due to the foreign language that the providers speak (one that is made up of acronyms and terms no one has ever heard of).
